Vaccination Requirements

All dogs who want to stay with us must have as a minimum requirement, be vaccinated for the following: DHP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus) and either L2 (Leptospirosis) or L4 (Leptospirosis) and kennel cough. We will need to see their vaccination certificate.

All dogs staying with us must up-to-date with their flea and worming treatments. 

 

Veterinary Fees

We will need the name and phone number of the vet you use. If it is necessary to contact your vet to examine or treat your dog during their stay with us,  any  veterinary  fees and any medication costs incurred are the responsibility  of the client and must be paid on departure. Should we be unable to contact your chosen vet we will refer to our vet, Donaldson & Partners, Somerset Road Huddersfield and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid on departure.

 

Medication and vitamins

You must leave with us sufficient medication and or vitamins for your pal's stay with us. These must be clearly labelled in terms of administration and dosage. Should your dog run out of medication and or vitamins  during their stay. the cost of the medication and or vitamins is the responsibility of the client and must be paid for on departure. 

 

 

 

Owners undertake to declare any history of veterinary or behaviour problems that could reoccur while boarding and to draw attention to any potential problems, phobias (or vices) their dogs may have. The more we know about your dog, the more settled we can make them.

 

If fleas or ticks are found on your dog whilst they are with us, we will administer a preventative treatment.

We treat with Frontline, the cost of which will be added to your invoice. (If you do not consent to this, please advise us and in the case your dog has fleas your emergency contact will have to come and collect your dog in your absence).

Belongings

All belongings left at Chester's House and Gardens are left entirely at the clients risk.

 

We reserve the right to refuse admission to aggressive dogs

Social Media

During their stay, we will take pictures of your dog/s, some of which may appear on our various social media platform pages Facebook page etc, and might also be used for our own promotional and advertising material including but not limited to, videos, business cards & flyers, pamphlets etc. if you do not agree to this please inform us. 

 

GDPR

The information you provide will be kept on record. We will never pass on your details to any other party and will not contact you related to anything other than Chester's House & Gardens  related business or perhaps to say hello and see how you & your dogs are getting on!

 

Before boarding all paperwork must be completed and returned 5 days prior to the commencement of boarding.
